Cancelation and Refunds
When does the Subscription begin?
The Subscription begins immediately, and you will be charged for the first billing cycle on activation.
Will the Subscription renew automatically?
Yes, the Subscription will automatically renew until it is canceled. We will charge the Subscription renewals to your card on file at or immediately before the start of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel the Subscription for any property at any time. Canceling the Subscription for one property will not affect the Subscription for another property. Upon cancelation, the Subscription will not renew for that property, and we will not charge for any additional billing periods.
If I cancel, will I receive a refund?
We issue refunds for new Subscriptions within twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase of the Subscription, unless we believe that your refund requests are excessive and unreasonable in number.
Except when required otherwise by law, we do not issue refunds for Subscription renewals and for new Subscriptions after twenty-four (24) hours of the original purchase. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
If you are issued a refund, your access to the Subscription will cease immediately. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you should receive the credit within a week. Your refund and its timing will depend on and be subject to our Payment Processor(s), the card network(s), and your bank or card issuer.
If you are ineligible for a refund, you will be able to access the Subscription until the end of your current Billing Period.
