Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to and use of Plat Services, and explains how we collect, process, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of Plat Services. We also use cookies, share your data with third parties, and use third party service providers to process your data.

These communications will not be promotional in nature. As such, you may not be able to opt-out from them. Please note that any communications with us, whether initiated by us or by you, are part of Plat Services, and are subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms.

Usage Data

We may also automatically collect data, either directly or via a third party, generated by the use of Plat Services, from our infrastructure and system logs, or that your browser, email client, computer, mobile device, internet-connected device, phone, or tablet (collectively "device") sends when you visit Plat Services ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may be combined with other Personal Data and may allow us to identify you, directly or indirectly, either individually or in combination with other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession.

Usage Data may include, but is not limited to, your device location, your computer's IP (Internet Protocol) address, country of origin, device type, browser type, browser version, browser features, browser fingerprint, operating system, and operating system features, the request method, the server response, any email opens, any email clicks, the pages of our Plat Services that you visit and the order that you visit them in, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the parts of those pages viewed, tracking IDs, device advertising identifiers, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data.

Third Party Data

We may collect information from you about a third party, and you may provide us information about a third party. For the purposes of this paragraph, third parties include, but are not limited to, your family members, your customers, and your borrowers. You are responsible for this data, and you represent and warrant that you have the third party's permission to include their property in the Title Watch, consent to provide us this data, and authority to bind them to this Agreement. This Agreement will apply to both you and them, jointly and severally. If they no longer want their property included in the Title Watch, please remove that property from the Title Watch and/or delete the account.

Tracking and/or Cookies Data

Cookies are files, which may include a unique identifier, with a small amount of data, sent to your browser, from a website, and stored on your device. We may use cookies and other tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies"), including, but not limited to, pixels, clear GIFs, beacons, tags, scripts, advertising identifiers, and mobile device identifiers, to collect information and track activity on our Plat Services. We may also use cookies and other tracking technologies from third parties including, but not limited to, technical service providers, resource providers, payment processors, analytics providers, CRM companies, advertising companies, ad targeting companies, remarketing companies, retargeting providers, and social media companies, such as AWS, Google, Facebook, Fullstory, Hunter, Streak, Outbrain, and Taboola.

These Cookies, both first party and third party, may be used for multiple purposes, including, but not limited to, keeping session information, tracking resource usage, operating our services, allowing you to sign-in and make purchases, security, remembering your preferences and various settings, delivering our ads, targeting our ads, optimizing our ads, compiling ad audiences, tracking usage, tracking emails, and analyzing and improving Plat Services.

Information gathered from these Cookies may be stored on your device, our servers, or our third party providers' servers. This information may be combined, either by us or by a third party, with information from other Cookies, other information, other Data, and/or other Personal Data. In addition, these Cookies may allow the identification and tracking of your device over time and across websites.

Retention of Data

We will retain your data, including Personal Data, Usage Data, Third Party Data, and Tracking and/or Cookies Data, for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

If your account is terminated, disabled, or deleted, some or all of your data may be irreversibly deleted at any time after the closure is processed.

However, even after you edit or delete some data or your entire account, copies, duplicates, archives, backups, and older versions may remain on our systems and those of our Service Providers.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States, please note that we transfer the data to the United States and process it there. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We take appropriate, commercially reasonable, steps to prevent unauthorized destruction of, disclosure of, modification of, use of, and access to your data. We limit internal access to data to those who have a legitimate business reason (such as management, legal, sales, marketing, or IT) to access it. We also limit external access to data to Service Providers who have a legitimate reason to access it. Passwords are stored securely and cannot be recovered, and lost passwords can only be reset. However, please note that 100% perfect security cannot be achieved.

To protect the privacy and security of your most sensitive data, we restrict the data that is stored on our servers. For example, your complete credit and/or debit card numbers are not stored on our servers, but are presented only to our third party payment processor. Handling of "Do Not Track" Signals

Plat and Plat Services do not support "Do Not Track" and "Do Not Track" signals will not be honored. Therefore, even if we receive a "Do Not Track" signal, we may still continue to track you in accordance with normal practices. Please consult the privacy policies of our third party providers and services to see how they handle "Do Not Track" requests.

Third Party Tracking

We may use third party services that track your online activities, for purposes such as improving our services, analytics, advertising, marketing, ad targeting, and ad retargeting. As a result, these third parties may collect your data over time and across websites.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals ("Service Providers"), to facilitate our Service, to provide Plat Services on our behalf, to perform services related to Plat Services, to assist us in analyzing how our Plat Services are used, and for any purpose(s) described in "Use of Data" and "Disclosure of Data". Your personally identifiable information may be shared with these third parties and Service Providers. Their handling of your information will be governed by their Privacy Policies and other agreements. These third parties and Service Providers are described in "Analytics, Advertising, Targeting, Retargeting, and Remarketing", "Payments", and "Other Service Providers." We are not responsible for the practices of, changes in the privacy policies of, and data breaches suffered by any of our Service Providers. We also do not warrant that their privacy tools, extensions, settings, and add-ons work as intended or at all. Analytics, Advertising, Targeting, Retargeting, and Remarketing

We may use third-party Service Providers to track, monitor, and analyze the use of Plat Services. We may use third-party Service Providers to manage our communications and our relationship with you. We may use third-party Service Providers to analyze the use of Plat Services, both individually and in the aggregate, including recording individual user sessions. We may use third-party services to show ads, including interest-based online advertising. We may use third-party targeting services to optimize our ad targeting based on audience attributes. We may use third-party retargeting and/or remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited Plat Services. We and our third-party vendors may use Cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on factors including your past visits to Plat Services. We and our third-party vendors may use Cookies, pixels, and/or other tracking technologies to track emails and other communications between you and us. We may also use Google signals, in-page analytics, Remarketing with Analytics, Demographics and Interests reporting, Enhanced Demographics and Interests reporting, Campaign Manager integration, Display & Video 360 integration, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, and Segments. Retargeting allows us to serve ads to you on other websites after you have visited or used Plat Services.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. This data, including Cookies and Usage Data, may be shared with other Google services, both individually and in the aggregate. Google may also use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. We may collect any data that Google Analytics can collect and may combine some or all of this data with other data that we may have about you, individually or in aggregate.

Third Party Targeting

We or our Service Providers may use providers such as Bombara, Acxiom, Eyeota, Exelate, and Connexity to optimize the targeting of our ads based on audience attributes.

We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers. Our emails are currently managed by GSuite (Google). As such, your information may be processed on and stored in servers owned and operated by Google.

We may use the Streak CRM for communicating with our customers and our partners. As such, your information may be processed on and stored in servers owned and operated by Streak or its service providers.

Plat Services are currently hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS). As such, your information may be processed on and stored in servers owned and operated by Amazon.

In all cases their handling of your information is governed by their privacy policies and other agreements.

Children's Privacy

Our Plat Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 ("Child" or "Children"). Our Plat Services are also not intended for use by K-12 students.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
